Despite initial sales not meeting Jeep’s expectations, the Wagoneer, a recipient of the Four Wheeler’s off-road SUV of the Year award, promises a luxurious yet capable experience.
Diving into the Wagoneer’s Specifications
The heart of the 2023 Wagoneer lies in its “Hurricane” 3.0-liter twin-turbo I-6 engine, a noteworthy replacement for the beloved Hemi V-8s. Boasting 420 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque, it couples with a ZF eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. Efficiency is key, with the Wagoneer ranking second in its class for fuel economy. Inside, the Wagoneer doesn’t skimp on luxury, offering a Nappa-leather interior, advanced Uconnect infotainment system, and a nine-speaker Alpine audio system.
